Once we were matched with K9L Southern, we fell in love with him immetiately. He is the perfect service dog for Henry and for our family. With Southern’s support, Henry can now do things that once felt impossible, such as going for haircuts, attending tutoring, and going to shopping malls!

Puppy to Lifeline Client

I began volunteering with K9 Lifelines because I believed deeply in the mission of the Puppy to Lifeline program to place fully trained service dogs with individuals experiencing a variety of disabilities.

I think it is so special that many individuals who are unable to access services through other programs, can find their dog, their lifeline, through K9L.

As a puppy raiser, I have had the incredible opportunity of raising K9L Shadow, and am loving every second of it! Angela makes sure to provide on-going support, answer any questions, and deeply values puppy raisers.

Angela puts the well-being of K9L dogs above all else, and makes sure to address any challenges promptly while keeping raisers informed.

I have loved opening my home to K9L pups, and can’t wait to continue being a part of SDIT’s stories.
